Revlon x Spa Weekend: Where film, beauty and culture came together at a VIP screening

Client: Revlon
Sector: Consumer
Events

Last month (August 2026), we had the pleasure of attending a VIP screening of Spa Weekend – not just as guests, but as partners. Hairstyles in films have long been a major inspiration point for our audience and with Revlon known for its awardwinning hair tools, teaming up with the film was a natural way to bring those looks to life.

Our client, Revlon, collaborated with the film to recreate the standout hairstyles seen on screen through their latest NPD innovation. It’s a partnership rooted in culture, creativity and genuine audience relevance, and the screening offered the perfect moment to bring it all to life.

What makes this partnership land is how naturally the film aligns with Revlon’s audience. Revlon’s new product innovation taps into that excitement by giving people a way to bring those styles off the screen and into real life. It’s a collaboration that feels modern, fun and genuinely relevant.

We welcomed a curated group of journalists who were able to experience the film first-hand, understand the creative synergy behind the partnership and see the hairstyles in context. This wasn’t a traditional press moment; it was an immersive one. Alongside the screening, guests could snap photos with the film’s iconic cart from the film, capture content against a branded wall and explore spa-inspired dressing that made the space feel like a retreat. There was also a Revlon styling station where media could have their hair styled by a professional stylist, bringing the film’s looks to life in a hands-on, memorable way. Sitting alongside media, talking them through the collaboration, and enjoying the film together created a shared experience that’s hard to replicate through standard outreach.

It also opened the door for earned amplification in a way that feels authentic. When journalists connect emotionally with a moment, the coverage reflects it. The screening gave them a richer understanding of the partnership, the product innovation, and the cultural relevance behind it – all of which strengthens the storytelling they take back to their audiences.

And of course, there’s something undeniably special about attending a premiere. The atmosphere, the anticipation, the shared excitement, it all adds to the impact of the moment. For Revlon, being part of that environment reinforces their position within culture and creativity. For media, it’s a chance to experience the partnership in a way that feels elevated and memorable. For us, it’s an opportunity to bring brand storytelling into a space where audiences are already emotionally invested.

This partnership is a brilliant example of how beauty brands can show up meaningfully in culture – not by forcing relevance, but by aligning with stories that already resonate. The VIP screening allowed us to amplify that alignment through earned media, shared experience and genuine excitement.

A great night, a great film, and a great moment for Revlon.
