Prescribing success with inclusivity for Executive Development Network

Client: Executive Development Network

In today’s hustle culture, imposter syndrome is rife – our research revealed that nearly half of UK adults have experienced it.

The Prescribing Success campaign for the Executive Development Network brought this issue to the forefront, calling for open communication and even suggesting that imposter syndrome deserves recognition as a diagnosable condition.

Our findings uncovered key insights:

  • Women and non-binary people are more likely to experience imposter syndrome than men
  • Gen Z is over twice as likely to feel like frauds at work compared to Boomers

To deepen the conversation, we partnered with renowned behavioural psychologist Jo Hemmings, who unpacked the factors contributing to workplace insecurity and its impact on career progression.

The campaign, designed to empower the workforce to identify and silence their “inner imposters,” launched across multiple channels as part of an integrated effort to destigmatise seeking training and support.

THE RESULTS

  • Secured coverage in key national, regional, and trade titles, reaching an audience of 41 million.
  • Delivered 560+ additional website visits per month post-launch.

Prescribing Success with Inclusivity was more than a campaign – it tackled a widespread issue while delivering measurable success for the Executive Development Network.
